Starters Riley Grandson and Mickie Keuning threw a two-hitter and four-hitter, respectively, to lead Duluth East in non-conference high school baseball split double-header victories Saturday on the road.
Grandson fanned eight in seven innings as the Greyhounds opened with a 6-0 win against North Branch. Brody Olson had a home run and double and Zach Farmer also homered for Duluth East (3-1).
In the nightcap, Olson and Jayce Paulseth had two hits and an RBI apiece in a 5-3 win against Cambridge-Isanti. Keuning finished with eight strikeouts and walked one.
